WISE is pleased to announce the publication of its Peer Employer Toolkit and Strategic Plan. The Employer Toolkit offers helpful recommendations and resources for employers of peer staff and volunteers, helping them integrate new employees and support existing staff. The Strategic Plan highlights the lessons learned over the past three years since the inception of the WISE program and ideas on how to strengthen and expand peer support services in California's Public Mental Health System.
