The Warmline is a non-crisis phone line operating Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, which offers supportive listening, referrals to mental health resources, and more. The Warmline is staffed by a culturally diverse team of NorCal MHA employees and volunteers, all of whom are living in recovery from mental illness. The Warmline provides support services in the following languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Chinese, Hmong, and Sinhala. Volunteer peer counselors will provide emotional support, friendship and needed resource linkage for isolated, homebound older adults.
