IDENTIFY

WISE will provide Public Mental Health System employers in-depth workplace needs assessments that are related to peer workforce integration. Upon completion of these needs assessments, WISE will complete a comprehensive report summarizing the PMHS employer's needs and providing recommendations to address these needs. 

 

TRAIN

WISE will develop a tailored training plan and a timeline for implementation based on the information contained in the comprehensive report. 

 

SUPPORT

WISE Project Director and seasoned managerial staff, in collaboration with knowledgeable high-level staff from its four project partners, provide ongoing technical consultation and coaching to PMHS employers in relation to peer employment issues, employee retention, organizational culture and psychological safety in the workplace.
